In The Weeks Before Trump Takes Office, Obama’s Mad Dash To Save Public Lands

Trump Elect must be every environmentalist’s nightmare, from the oozing tar sands flooding your room from under the bed to the sixth extinction creating a dead zone in your closet. Environmental science is so sexy right now, how can we have a stupid party that demands respect, even when there is no respect to be had, since they don’t even recognize that science itself is just as important than the answers it seeks. It pains me to no end to know how many steps backwards we are going to restrict ourselves to, instead of running forward, following the science as the Obama Administration had intended, we were to have heady days and now thanks to Trump’s voters, we are going to lose so much ground. I am so depressed.
