Fox News Hosts Lament How Hard It Is To Be White

I realize it is difficult to understand another’s reality, that is why compassion and empathy are not only useful traits, but necessary traits to have, if one is to contribute in any positive manner to the national conversation we are currently having over the degradation of relations between our judicial system and the African American communities. It isn’t a matter of saying the wrong thing, but to first and foremost recognize that we have had a white dominant profile throughout our social, political and economic life and African American, Latino and Asian communities have a hard time feeling accepted and included throughout all contexts. It doesn’t require special training or a rocket science degree, just an open mind and an open heart.
